Bartlett is a river crossing and a state line away from our shop in Higden, so we don't schedule half-days here. A Bartlett job gets booked as consecutive full days: the equipment comes over once, containment goes up once, and the slab gets swept and handed over before we load out. Most of what we tear out in Shelby County sits on slab, so the work is grinding thinset back to flat concrete rather than chasing a wood subfloor. Bartlett grew fast in suburban retail bays and single-story houses, and a lot of those floors have two or three layers glued on top of each other.
