Privacy policy

The short version

This is a small demolition contractor’s website. There is no login, no shopping basket and no mailing list. Almost everything we know about you, you told us on the phone because you wanted a floor quoted.

What we collect

When you call (501) 259-7997 or send us details about a job, we keep what you give us so we can quote it and do it. In practice that is:

• your name, and the business you are calling for
• a phone number and, if you send one, an email address
• the address of the building and what is on the floor
• notes, measurements and photographs from the walkthrough

We do not ask for anything else, and you do not have to give us more than you want to.

What we use it for

Quoting your job, doing your job, and talking to you about it afterwards. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anybody for marketing.

If a job needs a supplier, a haulier or a subcontractor, they get only what they need to do their part of it — usually an address and a time.

This website

The pages on this site are plain files. There is no account system and no form that stores anything, because the way to reach us is the phone.

The one thing worth telling you: these pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page opens. That request is between your browser and Google and is governed by Google’s own terms rather than ours. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept while they are useful — a quote you might come back to, a job we might have to return to. If you want what we hold on you deleted, call and say so. It is the same number you called in the first place, and the same man answers it.

Children

This is a commercial demolition business. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
