Who these terms are between

Superior Floor Demolition, of 29 Mill Creek Rd, Higden, AR 72067, and the person or business hiring us to remove a floor or strip out an interior. Nothing on this page replaces the written contract for your job — where the two differ, the signed contract wins.

Estimates and quotes

The walkthrough is free and carries no obligation. The written number that follows it is an estimate for the scope described in it.

An estimate is not a binding contract. A formal proposal follows the site visit and the confirmation of specifications, and the work begins once that is signed.

Final price, timeline and scope of work remain subject to on-site conditions, permit approval where a permit applies, material availability, and a fully executed written contract.

Changes to scope

The price does not move once it is given unless the scope changes, and a scope change has to be in writing to count. That protects both sides: you are not re-priced mid-week over something found under a floor, and we are not asked to absorb work that was never quoted.

What is outside a demolition quote

Unless it is written into your scope, the following are not included:

• Dust cleanup beyond the work zone. The containment line is the limit. Ask at the walkthrough and it can be quoted.
• Asbestos testing. Where a floor may contain asbestos — old vinyl tile, black cutback mastic — arranging the test and paying for it is the customer’s responsibility. It is not in our number.
• Structural work. Anything structural, anything load-bearing, and anything requiring a permit we did not price is outside the scope quoted.
• Installation of the new floor. We remove the old covering and hand over the substrate. Your installer lays what comes next.

Access and site conditions

Work is priced against the access, hours and building conditions described at the walkthrough. If those change — a dock that is no longer available, hours that shift, a space that is not cleared when we arrive — tell us as early as you can so the schedule can be adjusted rather than broken.

After the work

If something is wrong after a job, call the same number you called at the start and it gets put right. This is not a warranty document and no warranty period, coverage scope or response time is stated or implied by it.

Insurance

Superior Floor Demolition carries general liability insurance. A certificate is available on request — ask and it is sent to your office. No coverage figures are published on this website.

This website

The content here describes the kind of work we do and is provided for information. It is not an offer, not a quotation, and not a contract. Prices are never published on it, because a floor is priced after it is walked.

We try to keep every page accurate, and we make no guarantee that it is complete or free of error. If a page contradicts something you were told in writing for your job, the written document for your job is the one that counts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
